I created a document in MS WORD that has text boxes which hold numbers. The problem that I am having is that whenever I type in a number ex. 1.8, the text box rounds the number to 1. Is there anyway I can set some option on the document to not round the number down?

Is the text box big enough to hold the full number? It is probably not rounding, but rather truncating.

Is it a text box or text field? A text box is whatever size you draw it, and will not roud, but will truncate whatever is in it to the size it is drawn.

If it is a text field, It may be set to 0 format, and that would truncate the decimals.

They went ahead and just changed it to text. Thank you for your help, love the name.

At five feet zero inches, what else could you call me?
