EXCEL: I need a way of rounding an integer from a value to the nearest 50 of his units. That means if i have 182, it must be transformed in 200, if 220 it must be 200 and so on.
Thank you!

Hi!
It should be something like =round(<cell id>, -2)

Cheers!

Marcos.

If your number is in A1, then in A2, enter
=MROUND(A1,50)

I have tried =MROUND(number, multiple) but it gives me #NAME?
error. I don't know what's wrong. I've seen the Excel MROUND function and it should work. By the way, i have Office XP. Could this be a problem with Excel supporting MROUND?

nah - you just need to add a reference to the analysis toolpak - just go to Tools>AddIns
and tick Analysis toolpak and ok it
IMHO, everyone should have this addin installed - it's part of the basic excel pack and adds a whole bunch of useful functions inc MROUND and EOMONTH - 2 very useful functions Rgds
