Rotating values in a value list

I'm pretty sure this can't be done, but here goes.

We use FM 6 for a call center type application and are currently doing a market research project for a client. The client has asked that on 2 particular questions the choices of answers rotates ie: question 5 has the options of a, b, c, d, e, f, so the first time someone asks the question they will be in that order.

The next time someone asks that question the order would be lets say, b, d, a, f, e, and the next time some other random order.
