Rotating text in Photoshop 6 1

Can anyone tell me if it is possible in Photoshop 6
to type a word & then somehow ROTATE it?
Please help... need to be able to do that....

Hi,

What exactly are you trying to do?

If you want to rotate text as a word simply type out some text, then select the move tool then Ctrl+T to free transform, and at the top in the options palette there is a box with a small angle shape and you input the degree of rotation there then press the checkmark further to the right.
