Rotate Text

I'm trying to rotate text 90 degrees in a report. I followed the steps shown here:

I get this error message:
expression has function name access can't find.

I've tried adding the code to the module but that didn't work for me. Any help would be appreciated. I'd email a sample of what I've done if you'd like.

Never done that with a function before.
If you only need it 90 degrees, then set the "vertical" property of the text box on the report to "Yes"

When I set "vertical" property to yes it rotates the text the wrong way.
