Root certificate probably missing

Hi,

by instalation of Firewall program I got the following error message:

Validation failed for C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VSDATA.DLL. You probably are missing a necessary root certificate.

I woould be very thankful if you can help me with the solution of the above issue.

Make sure your system clock in CMOS is set for the correct date.

I tried the the process described on

but it didn't worked.I deleted all files from the provious installation, incl. vsinit.dll.
By the new installation of the Zone Alarm ,the install instals vsinit.dll to C:\Windows\Temp and the following error occurs:
Validation failed for C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\vsinit.DLL. You probably are missing a necessary root certificate.

By click on the Properties of the file vsinit.dll, part Digital certificates, it indicates it doesn't have a valid digital certificate.

Is there any other way how to fix this?
