Just found this site and I'm jumping for joy.
Guys I need help getting started on this VM. My church just bought the STS which I programed fine with no problems but this VM is killing me. If truth be told, I use to install phone systems 10 years ago before I moved on to ITC Deltacom so I havent touched one since then. I'm really like a rookie who needs training again. Can you help ?
I have 4 Co lines. 1-3 church, Co 4 is the Day care.
Church (Co 1-3):
Auto Attendant will answer if secretaries (100-101) dont answer in 5 rings.
Each ext. 100-106 will have their own VM
Day Care (CO 4):
VM will pick up on ext 107 after 5 rings
ext 108-109 will have there own VM
I know I'm asking for alot, the truth is, I'm asking you to tell me how to do it, but I need help desperately. I'm doing this for free for my church to save the installation and I just dont want to have them pay for someone to come out and set it up. Can someone point me in the right direction in the manual cause I've beat my head up against the wall on this one. ANY help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks guys!
