Rolm 9751 backup

I've got a couple of Siemens/rolm 9751's that I have to do a backup of them and there VM. one is mod10 and the other is mod 50. What all do I need to get this done?

to back up the 9751 put a floppy in and type in " copy backup cnfg_9005.x.xx" without the ""

for phonemail there are two backups

1. backupsystem
2. backupnames

backup system will backup the system info.
backup names will do the recorded names.
