Rollover problem in Dreamweaver

It sounds simple but it's driving me crazy... please help. I've created a rollover in Dreamweaver, no problem. Image swaps out and restores... it's all beautiful. However I want the image to swap out to a third image, when the mouse clicks on it to open a browser window. (I can get the window to open) But the image always reverts back to the original, once the mouse is out. I can create this no problem in Golive but I want to know why it won't work in Dreamweaver... I tried going into the code but I cannot get it to work... Any suggestions?

you can take the images into fireworks and create your rollover in fireworks then go back to dreamweaver and import fireworks html into your page
