Roll over for hunt group

I am looking for a solution on hunt group queuing. I need to have the ability to send a call to a different hunt group if no one picks up in xx rings. If I add the second hunt group in the out of service fallback this would only work if the group is in out of service status? The problem is a call once in the group continues to ring and ring until someone picks up. We have a different group that can handle the calls as an overflow, but they need to ring the first group before rolling over to the second. I am new to configuring the call flow for the group and figured someone here could help.

You could either use OverFlow for the call to go to another group after or you could enable Voicemail on the group and in Voicemail Pro in under "Leave" for the group make a transfer to another group.
