Rockwell... Modem Driver needed??? HELP!!

Hello,
Anyone out ther plz help I am on a HP 8480Z Pavilion.. it has a Rockwell 56K Speakerphone PCI Modem.. I just downloaded Windows 2000 Pro. and it needs the driver for win 2000.. I can not find it plz help!! Thank you...
