where can i download the windows 2000 resource kit? i can only find the windows 2003 resource kit. specifically i need robocopy for a replication script. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This site holds the inidvidual tools available within the W2000RK. Are you looking for a specific tool not listed?

give me an email address and I'll see how big the file is. If okay, I'll email it to you.

If the tools aren't available on the site listed, then they are part of the retail version of the resource kit and you'll need to purchase the RK to obtain those tools.

Can you download the Windows 2003 Resource Kit Tools and install them on an XP Workstation, then copy robocopy.exe to the machine where you want to run the script?

Definately download the Windows Server 2003 resource kit. The new version of robocopy uses 64bit counters and can correctly report the size of data transfers over 2 GB.

The new version will run on windows 2000 machines with no issues.
