Hi !
We have installed samba on a LAN with 500 computers, but we are having problem with roaming profiles. We don't create any home for the users. It may the cause of the problem we have : when the user log on, it is said taht windows is unable to locate the roaming profile. The only way wa have to bypass the pb is to log on the computer, then join the domain (easy under xp, but boring under 2000 because you have to reenter password each time you access a share).
So is there a way to configure samba ina way a local profile is used ?
Tx for your help
Arnaud
p.s: sorry for the english , i'm french
