Roaming Profiles - Programs Reinstalling

I've recently been setting up roaming profiles for all users. I've redirected documents, desktop, mapped drives etc to keep profile size to minimum. This works fine.

Problem:
When a user logs onto a computer they've never used before and runs a program which uses MS Word 2000, the Word Installation box appears to install missing components. Word has been reinstalled onto the computer fully through a different user, using the 'run all from hard disk' option.

Is this something to do with Application Data? How can I get it so that programs are installed correctly for every user that logs on?
