I am getting the following error on a WIN XP Pro brand new install.

Windows cannot copy file \\dhdoc\profiles$\SVAGLICS\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\PowerReg Scheduler.exe to location C:\Documents and Settings\svaglics\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\PowerReg Scheduler.exe. Possible causes of this error include network problems or insufficient security rights. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied.

I get this when I try and log on as the user who is using a roaming profile. This is a brand new install of XP Pro. Any thoughts would be great.

Thanks,
Heath

The user is a local administrator. And I have installed all of the latest updates for Windows. I logged on with my test Roaming profile and I logged on fine. And I created my roaming profile account from this other account.

And you adjusted the permissions on this account to Administrator prior to the copy?

You cannot just copy profiles.
