Roaming Profile Woes

Hey All. I have about 75 users on our network and we've been using roaming profiles since our NT days. In migrating to Win2k and AD, we've been having a strange problem with the profiles. Users can add icons and what not to their desktop and everything synchronizes perfectly, but when they delete icons they re-appear when the users log in the next day.

All of the profile directories have permissions as follows:

Domain Admins - Full Control
%username% - Modify (I've tried granting full control to the user, but problem persists)

Every other component of the profile works like it supposed to except for this.

Any Thoughts???

I have seen this same problem. I haven't been able to track it down, it gets really annoying because my users constantly complain. Any suggestions would be great.
