My problem is that when users logout they get an error, "Access Denied can't update your roaming profile".
If you check the Event Viewer, it says that you can't access Ntuser.pol.
If you uncheck "read only" on the local ntuser.pol file everything work ok.
Client: Windows 2000
AD server: Windows 2000 server
Server where the profiles ar stored: Windows 2003 server
This problem started when the roaming profilelibrary was moved from a win2k server to a win2k3 server.
The problem does not effect all users.
It is about 1500 users in the AD and so far about 100-200 users are affected.
What is the problem?
Please come with suggestions, I realy need help!
