You have install the internet mail option for Outlook 98 from setup. When you get that done, go to and they should have the settings for SMTP, POP, NEWS, and (useless) PROXY servers. (In our area, I use pop-server.new.rr.com, etc...) Write those down, and open Outlook. Click tools, accounts. Modify your account settings with the ones from RoadRunner, and you should be good to go.
