RNPG not working since upgrade 1

Recently our switch was upgraded from an option 61C to a CS1000, and since then I have been unable to get the pick up option on our analog (500) phones to pick up a call within its respective pick up group. picking up and dialing 3 1 does not work anymore. I am running out of options.

Possible that the RNP code has changed since the upgrade. Check what your codes are in LD 57. And as perrypj says does the feature work from a digital set that has a RNP key.

Check also that your SPRE code hasn't changed - default = 1, but if someone changed it (RNPG code is usually "13") this could also be a reason why things are not working.

Yes, the feature does work from the digital sets with and RNP key

I would check the SPRE code or FFC code to see if its changed.

Look for the SPRE entry in the output.

can I change the SPRE code to just 31 like it was before the upgrade?

The SPRE is the Special Prefix dialed before all other features - just leave that.

I suspect 31 was the FFC for PURN

You can add 31 as the code like this:
