Does anyone know how to set the RNP feature(Ringing number pick-up? I have a button titled call pickup (RNP). i want to change the numbers allowed to be picked up.

just put all the phones in the same group number

This feature works via groups. If you want to pick up an extension using this feature, the DN's must have the same RNPG; and PUA set in the CLS.

You can use LD81 to print out the existing members in each group.

Put all the phones in the same group (RNGP), you need PUA in CLS (Pick-up allowed) and the key called RNP.

You can see who's in a group by entering LD 81

after you find a vacant rnpg

that will define one station in group 23, just make sure the user can hear all the stations in there pickup group.. we had problems here with copied sets, some sets in other buildings had pick groups that were causing problems. they tried to pick a call from the bosses phone and answered calls for other depts..

On the OTM software when I allow the PUA feature and run the sync it disables the feature again. The allow will not stick

repost with an otm question, most of us don't play with otm, just command level..

Confirm that the change is actually being sent through by OTM. Watch the command window to make sure that you are not getting any error codes? When you say it disables the feature do you mean that the class is PUD? Or is it that the group pickup still does not work?

I watch the window and no errors come up. I did notcied that the CLS is PUD.
