Hi,

I would like a user to be able to select (perhaps via check boxes) a number of individual records from a table and then to run a query/chart over those records only. The records can't be distinguished via a query as they are unrelated. Does anyone know if this is possible please?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Dave

You could, as you say have a checkbox. Put it in the actual table as a yes/no, and add the field to a form, right click the filed and convert to checkbox (if it isn't already).

You could then make a query which amongst any other criteria you have, contains 'true' on the checkbox field criteria.

I have something similar for bank accounts. It is also useful to add 'check/uncheck all' routines on the form.
