I have a meridian 81c. I am having a problem here the RNGP stopped working on one phone the programming has not ghanged on the problem phone. CLS pua. RNGP 15 as is all the others in the group. Any thoughts on this guys?

Is the button labelled on the same key that it's programmed on?

No button the lady says that she diald 73# and answered any phone in the office

What does she get? Is someone else "quicker on the draw" and getting to the call first?

I solved the problem buy programing a button and doing away with the need for the spre code number. Thanks for the help
