Can't seem to figure out ring-no-answer on a Partner R4.1 why after 4 rings on Line 1 the call appears on the 2nd line and continues to ring in at the attendant phone? Thanks for any ideas...
It sounds like you have, Through your Telco provider, Call forward busy no answer set up on line 1. I have run into this when my customer calls the telco to set up a roll over from one line to another for incoming calls and cant really explain what they want. Contact your telco provider and ask how they have it set up and explain how you need it to work and they should be able to get it fixed.
Well, dugh! Why didn't I think of that!! Thought it was something in the Partner that I was missing. Thank you for pointing that out. Was too deep into a total reprogram to look at the obvious, my bad, but thanks again for your help!
