RMsummary Database MP 4.0

After the upgrade of our MF 3.0 to 4.0, the RMsummary database would not update. the summary databse log says that the connection database schema failed with 27. Citrix recommed running this statement via summary database and running query analyzer to update the database.
UPDATE SCHEMAVERSION SET VERSION = 25
How do you run query analyzer via summary database--resource manager?. or even if you were to run it directly via sql query analyzer, how do you do this? thanks in advance.

Resolved: I had to directly run the statement from sql query analyzer: try and error do pay off at times. After launching the query analyzer directly from MS sql server and connecting to the sql server, a plane windows pops up..you'ld then cut and paste the statement and then ensure that the database you want to update is selected at the top bar and just press f5 or click on execute. END. Then turn your MF server 4.0 on to connect to the datastore...then go to resource manager --summary database and click update now..END..
