I see were you can remotely program via an ATM4 card. Can you do it via PRI. I have set up an incoming call route vis a DID number to hit remote manager and a modem answers. How do I connect with manager to it from the outside.

Either way you need a modem, if it have an analogue modem then you've done it right, if ISDN that's not the way to do it, either way you also need to consider IP address assignment and IP routes :)

I do have an analog modem on my PC. Just don't know how Manager on my pc is to dial the did number. I have used ASA for definity and SPM for legend. In those you set up a number in the software to call the number.

You manage the connection yourself, use the Windows built in wizard to create the connection, but as I said you need to consider IP addressing. Once the connections live use Manager as normal :)

Why not use VPN or some sort of remote host program like TeamViewer?

^^Alarm bells going off.

Delete Remote Manager and create a new account for your remote login FFS. [banghead]

ISDN dialup is easy

by default there is an incomming call route for ANY DATA to Dialin

simply use an ISDN terminal Adapter & Dial-up networking
or configure a service in another IP Office & use it as a router

Deleting RemoteManager is not as Vital as CHANGING ITS PASSWORD.
(I know of some maintainers who create a new account for "security reason" but forget to change or delete RemoteManager, never a good sign regarding the rest of the installation.

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
