Rmat Question

here is My "Setup" I have Rmat 6.5 on a PC with a 33.6 Modem, I installed a 2nd application that has a 56K Modem, the 56K Modem is a Voice/fax/data modem where the 33.6 is just fax/data both are External, I would like to have just the 56K connected, when I try to do a data collection with the 56K I get a error about "can't set Modem parameters" and the documentation is Not very Specific about what to do to Fix it other then using regedit.

in the software for each app you need a setup string for the modem you want to use, enable modem command mode, xmit a command string to that com port and your set..this is very general because i don't know both types of software, i use procomm and know the short cut keys to use any ava com port, by doing that i can dial up 4 apps at the same time, very useful if you need to extract data from a rolm and drop it in a sl1...that question might get a better answer on a pc forum (although i can't understand geeks below the age of 50).. i still use dos for fast commands!!!.. a complete set of at commands are on line at us robitic..
