rlzrun30.rts Error Message

Hi,

Anyone encounter this error before? Any idea how to solve it?

I got this error message while trying to print journal.

I believe that this is a problem related to the Operating System. What ACCPAC and OS are you using?

You can try to delete the _p.ism files in your ACCPAC user directory on the server. Or specifically select the printer before you click the print button (file, print setup from the top of the box). You can also try stopping any antivirus that is running (don't forget to restart it when you are done).

Thanks zemp. i'll give further details on the error:

Platform: Windows XP
Version: ACCPAC for Windows Small Business Series
(General Ledger 4.0A)

When trying to print a batch in a Journal Entry, the System will hang and Windows prompted error regarding rlzrun30.rts.

I have tried you suggestion but still can't solve the problem.

p/s: _p.ism is what kind of file?
