Rls 25.40B & Route Optimization on Answered Calls Not Working ???

Hello, I've been told that Route Optimization does not work on an "Answered" call with Rls 25.40B... Is this True???? Is there a Patch??? Thank-You in advance for any info!!!!
SCENERIO...Calls come in at a remote Opt 11C over a PRI, are then sent over ITG to a centralized Call Pilot where it is ANSWERED. The caller selects a menu option and is then sent back over the ITG on a different channel (now have two channels / trunks tied up on one call). This is "killing" the Bandwidth and Voice Quality.

I had a similar problem at one point with an ITG 25.40B setup. Trunk Anti-Tromboning was turned on, but it wasn't working. It turned out that we had a bad D-Channel card. Replaced that and then everything worked correctly.

I guess I would ensure that TAT is enabled. If it is, but it's not working, I would check the SDI/DCH cards at each location.
