HELLO TO ALL
I DONT KNOW WHY I CAN'T USE THE FFC *6 (PUGR) TO PICK UP CALLS IF ALL THE STATIONS HAVE THE RNPG 1 AND THE CLS PUA DPUA GPUA, JUST IN ANALOG STATION?
ANY IDEA?

are you using the spree code and then the *6? if so it may be that rngp 1 is not a valid number, i think rnpg 0 is the only one that you can't use, try changing a couple of phones to rnpg 2 and see if it works

To answer a call in your Call Pickup group from an analog (500/2500 type)
telephone, follow these steps:
1 Lift the handset.
2 Dial SPRE 3 or PURN FFC.
You are connected to the caller.

You can try spre than 3 or just *6.

thanks Nortellian
i try just *6 and its not working
and then i try spre(1) plus *6(ffc) and is the same

Nortellian you mean, change the spre to digit 3 or just dial 3
above the spre is (1)

ente spre which is 1 than enter 3. When the phone is ringing pick up the handset of a different phone that is in the same rnpg enter 1 than 3 and see if it picks up the call.

prt purn in ld 57. c what code that is and just try it without a spre. I'm looking at the difference between group pick up and call pick up.. If your users are in the same rnpg group than spre 3 or entering the purn code should workity work work. Thats about it for my suggestions. Gooden Luckinzie
