I have a problem at our one sight in which they have two copper trunks as entry-0 on the RLI and a T1 on entry-1. They have been complaining that the phone lines are busy, in which both copper trunks were busy. The T1 in place is setup to dial out on our microwave (We do alot of least cost routing). Should that route automatically hunt to entry-1 if both the copper trunks are busy in entry-0? We disabled the copper trunks to test, and it would not dial out. Is there something that needs to be truned on, in order for the RLI to hunt to entry-1?
Thanks in advance.

Is the TARG the same on both RDB

i would change entry to the t's and use the copper in case the t's go dowm..

if not, dial the acod of the t route and then the number, that will test the t.. then we may be able to help check ld 86/87

Have a look at the RLB prompt SBOC (StepBackOnCongestion) in Entry 0 and 1 maybe they need to be set to 'RRA' rather then the default usually NRR

Let us guys know as John indicates could be somewhere else to check ?

Cheers!!

Change the ISET to 2 or 1 and test, I think the default setting is 0. If you have more than 1 entry, you need to change the ISET to reflect this, otherwise the additional entries will never be looked at.
