RLI Limit

We've got 47 RLI defined on our system. When I tried to add a new RLI (RLI 48) I get an error. I know BARS allows for up to 128 (0-127) RLIs. Does anyone know if there is a local limit defined somewhere and if so how can I change this so I can add a couple of more RLIs?.
This is a great forum, appreciate any help that can be provided.

What you need to do is to go into LD 86 and change one of the ESN parameters as shown in the example below.
