RIS Problem

I got a problem, I have installed RIS on a 2000 Server all works fine, I have created 11 PC's from the image, again no problem, the image is a sysprep, with OS and Software installed, when I went to add additional software to the PC, it installed ok, but then removed itself!

This is a new RIS server, I have done this operation before on 200 Desktops in my previous company, and been able to add new software and it has not removed itself.

I cannot understand why it is removing it now, anyone help?

I more thing to anyone who can help.

We got a weird setup here, we are running a novell NDS not a 2000 Domain, I setup a 2000 Domain just for the ris setups, the PC's when imaged just log into the Novell NDS, and have nothing to do with the 2000 Domain.

And I am doing manual installs of the software, after the RIS

Have you tried to rolling this out on linux and/or a 3.11 network?
