Ripple effect...

Hello All!

Ok new challenge: I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to warp an image like the reflection in a pool of water as a stone gets dropped nearby. I saw most people use a couple of offcolor elipses. I'm trying to stay away from having to use 3D studio for the effect.
