Pls;
My extension DTS,DBC 220 manage by an ELU 28 card is not ringing.
What should I do please.

Does it ring before? have u changed the telephone handset?if yes, checked another port on same elu28? swapped the elu28 board?????

Probleme solved.
I delete the extension and reprogamme it on the same port and no all things are fine.

The CALALT on the ODN will have changed, this can be checked on the phone by pressing PROGRAM then ACCESS1, the display will show "ODN CALL ALT. 0-6" and then a number on the right hand side. 0 means silent, 1 means ringing. The other options 2 to 6 are auto answer and delayed ringing, check these in ALEX for correct info.
