rings before FDN ? 1

I have a user that wants his set to ring two times before it forwards off-net to a cell phone. I tried the RCO changes but thats too many rings. Help anyone?

in CFN0 is the number of ring for RCO 0
CFN1 for RCO 1
CFN2 for RCO 2

and
DFN0 for RCO 0 for DID
....
