Hi everybody

Where can i find a manual for the ringmaster configuration.
I have some truble understanding the configuration of
time zones and bands.

Thanks.

Hi,

Which version of RM you have?
Log on softex website & you will get some tips regarding your question...They have a web based course also...
Time zones are used if you have wide choice of operators & you want to implement LCR based on Time zones...
Bands: You can diffrentiate destinations creating various groups of countries & applying costs...This way you don't need to apply call rate to each ib=ndividual country or destination but you can have 6-8 bands/zones & apply group rates.

I can forward you a manual based on your version but only after one month ...Post your email if you are intrested..

Cheers,
