Ringmaster reporting on line without AOC?

Hi all,

First off, i wish you all a happy new year!

Now for my question

We have 2 PRI's in our meridian, 1 KPN and 1 BT. The KPN PRI has Advice Of Charge enabled and our ringmaster system records all calls going over this line. The BT PRI does not have Advice Of Charge and ringmaster doesn't report anything on this line.

Is it possible to make either ringmaster or the meridian itself make a report of the duration of the calls going over the BT Pri without enabling Advice Of Charge (BT says AOC cannot be enabled on there PRI's)?

yes, look up basic cdr, ld 21 prt cdr, then turn it on in the rdb, define a tty with cty as user... you'll get calling party, called party, and duration..the nortel does not have a pricing data base in the box, that is left to secondary vendors
