ringing time including welcome anounce on CCM ???

Hi,
I made a test on BC10 CN144 with CCM4.0 SP5

When there is an ACD welcome anounce on an ACD, i dialed the ACD number and the red light warns the agent on telephone set that the call will come... But in this case when i checked the state of agent in CCM Information Manager, i saw that the agent seems as if he's in ringing state... But the agent can not get the call till the announce ends... Anf this affetc to the performance of agents.
So the ringing occupancy for the agent is i think, should be changed.. What's you opinion?
