ringing patterns

Is there a way to change the ringing pattern on a 4400 series telephone. The documentation says you can and I have tried changing the options to different ring tones under the Telephony Tab for the user, but it still rings the same on both inbound calls and internal calls. Does this field not work with 4412's and 4424's?

Sorry. To quote the IP Office documentation, in this case Manager: "Note: The 4400 and 4600 series phones only support RingNormal."

FYI on my 4612 IP phones I can change the internal ring pattern from the set by pressing the Conf button, each time you press it plays a different pattern.
