I know this is an easy one, but, I'm new to BCM's and, I couldn't find anything on a search . . . but, right now our BCM is set up so that after business hours, instead of our reception phone ringing, it rings a few other phones out in our production area. But, we want to put a different phone on the list, and I can't for the life of me find where to do that. I thought it was a filter, of some sort, but, I'm just confused.

Thanks

I have a whole bunch of hunt groups. I found one that has members that I believe is the correct hunt group. Is there any way I can verify that that is the correct hunt group against a schedule?

Hi ego1138

I would check the information under

services-----telephony services-----scheduled services-----ringing services-----schedules-----night

You then need to know what line or target line the number is being presented to the system on. You then open that line and see what ring group is associated to that line.

You then need to go to ring groups select the ring group that was associated and add or remove from the group.

I hope this makes sense.

I think there is a bit of info about it on my website under

Check out the downloads section I have put up some free training. I think ther is some info about night service in it.

Yes, it does make sense. That's pefect, and, the link for the training . . . I've just taken a quick look through . . . definitely looks like a good place for me to start! :)

Thank you all for your help!

mrmarshall, did you create those .pdf's on your site? It looks like a mix of real documents and practical flowcharts, nicely done!

Yeah I wrote everything myself and created all of the course with the exception of the template that was ripped of a nortel powerpoint presentation.

All the pics where screen captures I took of a system we have in our lab.I have been working on other parts to add but that was a course I put together for some other engineers when I was running training courses in house.

If you check out the FAQS on my website those are other ones I have created using the website just.
