We have a GSM FCT (Fixed Cellular Terminal) connectec on Avaya IP500 Analog Trunk Port but we are unable to get the incoming call. The call is not hitting the PABX.

Same Gadget connected and tested behind the Panasonic Analog Phone and Avaya G250 Media Gateway and able to receive the incoming call.

Please suggest what changes needs to be modified in the Analogue options.

Is the Incoming call route setup correctly for that line Gp :)

yes it is configured in the incoming call route

Does Monitor show anything at all from the trunk?

those traces are not full traces. thats just the first screen when you start Monitor.

make sure you hit Default all Tabs then try another few calls.

Have you tried running the auto impedance matching on the trunk?

Is it plugged in?

Take Care

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Are you using a lead that works (and has teh correct pin out)?

What ring voltage does the FCT generate?

Do you have a blank rule in the In Comming call route?
If not;
Add a new "Incomming call route" and just fill in the destination.

Is the GSM box a FXO or a FXS device?
If it is a FXO device then connect a analog handset to the GSM box and test if it will ring if a call comes in, if it is a FXS then you need a analog phone module.
If it is a FXO you must enable the ATM filter options in monitor to see if it detects any signal at all.
