Can the number of rings be increased on an individual extension before the call is re - routed to voice mail ?

yes the cfn0 is defined in cdb, you change the rco to the matching number on the phone..in this switch
CFN0 3
CFN1 4
CFN2 6

from the cdb so if i change my phone to rco2, it forwards to mail after 6 rings

One other dumb question CDB : is customer database ? and which load would I find that info in ?

Think I just answered my own question.... LD 15 and it would be under call redirection correct. Thanks again.
