Can anyone tell me how much current is needed from the telephone company to cause the call pilot to answer an incoming call. I have a mics system that will answer an incoming call from a dedicated fax line but will not answer an incoming call from any c.o. lines coming off of a T-1

Thanks for any help you can offer.

is it a t1 in your switch...Are u sure you have your trunks programmed correctly for you t1?
is telco supplying received digits on inbound call or are they just ringing in in a sequential order on the individual trunks

Is it a breakout for dialtone going into analog trunk cartridge..if so does it ring a test set.
What does telco/provider say .

Pretty much retired from telecom and now grow and sell perennials from April-November and Ski from Nov-April

Thanks very much to all who responded. The T-1 supplier was only send 50 volts to the call pilot when there was an incoming call. They changed out the adtran and all is working well now.

Thanks again.
