I just tried that and it didn't work. Thank you for the suggestion. Any other ideas. The manual is painfully incomplete.

Sorry. I neglected to mention that it is a NEAX - 2400.

If none of the above work it may be that it is silenced in programming. If so you need Cmd 9001 de extn no de if you get a zero back that is the problem, change it to a 1 and all will be right
