Ringer disables itself on IPO 500v2 J179s? 1

Hello, I looked but found no solution so far.
We have users reporting that the Disable Ringer option under Features / Call Settings enables itself on J179s off an IPO 500V2 running rel 11.1.2.0.0 build 239.

In all cases the users swore they did not disable it themselves!
The Volume setting is set as normal, but the ringer is simply disabled in the menu.

Has anyone seen this?

Maybe someone messing about..🤷

You can disable the ringer by pressing the volume button down to zero.
Maybe the haven’t realised they did that..

You can access some features using user web control..
If the user passwords are simple then someone can log in as that user and change setting.

Not saying that this is happening…just a suggestion..

…ignore the volume suggestion..you already said that didn’t happen…
