Quick question. I've got a T1 line, I wanted to do a little test. Is there any way to get more ringbacks from the line before being connected to the AA or an extension?

EVM or VMPro?

For VMPro create an empty HuntGroup, enable Announcements set the "Wait before 1st......" untick "2nd and repeat last announcement" Now add the new group in VMpro and tick Queued.

Now select the "Queued" text in the top left pane (it gets blue) then drag the module you've made in the bottom left pane into the big right screen, connect it and you done.

Point it to a group with queuing on and no members - set VM timer to 100 seconds and you should then get 100 seconds of ring back before voicemail answers.

If the T1 is going directly to the AA then no theres no way to increase the rings before that answers.

Just FYI it its VMP (I know its not) you can add a # in front of the module name to add a bit of ringing before accessing a module using the voicemail collect feature.
