I have a 3300 cx with agents answering i/c calls. I have a DPNSS link to a sx2000. Sometimes when an agent transfer to x6512 and x6409 on the sx2000 the call comes straight back to the agent and displays ringback on the phone. The 30 ch of DPNSS are free and the users have no features or call rerouting on their phones.
Any help pls.
