ringback on bcm50

HI , we recently ceased an old samsung pbx , and fitted a BTversatility . The customer hates it / they reckon the samsung was better ( it probably was ) . One of the main complaints is what the customer calls "ringback" . When they called an external number ,and the number was busy , they presses a key ( feature code? ) and the system dialled the number for them until a connection was made . Their own phone then rang . It works similarly to the norstar ringback on internal calls . We may change the system to the BCM 50 , but , does the bcm have this external ring back feature ?

Are these feature lines connected to the versatility

The bcm can't do that.
It can only do it on an internal extn and not on an external call.

Feature 2 is a Nortel code.

AFAIK Ring Again on the BCM50 does not work for external numbers, only internal numbers. I tried it just now and it said "can't ring again".
