I have a user that would like her ring tone changed. On the Option 11 I understand the drg1,2,3,4 are different ring tones that I can program. My question is: On the 2616 phone set is there an option for the user to change at the set?

No to that. The 2008 and 2616 are the same. One just has 8 more buttons.
