I have an Elite 192 that transfers to the auto attendant after 2 rings when I call into my main number (number mapped through a T1 to the Elite)? I changed the option for "Automated Attendant Answer Delay Time Assignment" (System Mode:1, Submode:4, Data 13) to 8 seconds for all 8 messages and its still going to the auto attendant after 2 rings? What am I missing? Please be specific to the system mode, submode, and data no in your answer.

Any suggestions on what I'm missing?

8 seconds is about right for 2 rings.... 20 seconds should give you 4-5 rings.....

Just my 2¢

? I was under the impression 8 seconds was 4 rings? Interestingly enough with the change I made alreadt in night mode it is 4-5 rings with is 8 seconds in real time. I'll try 12-14 seconds and see what happens.

Thanks
